What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information You Provide to Us - Hughbanks Design and it's service providing vendors are the only ones have access to and collect personal information (such as your name, telephone number, or email address, and email preferences (collectively, "Personal Information")) that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone outside Hughbanks Design or it's third party vendor providers.

Information Collected by Hughbanks Design - Whenever you use the Site, we, as well as any of our third-party advertisers and/or service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically collect information about how the Site is accessed and used ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include, in part, browser type, operating system, the page served, the time, how many users visited the Site, and the website you visited immediately before the Site. The website is hosted by Godaddy and is built with Wordpress  provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is our legitimate interests.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if:

  • You made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services; or

  • You agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since; or
